§ 1. Data Controller

§ 2. Scope of processed data
1. When using the online store, the following personal data may be processed:
- first and last name,
- e-mail address,
- delivery and billing address,
- phone number,
- payment data (e.g. transaction number, payment identifier).
2. Providing data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may make it impossible to complete an order.
§ 3. Purposes of data processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- order processing (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- payment and delivery handling,
- handling complaints and returns,
- contacting the Customer regarding matters related to the performance of the contract,
- upon obtaining consent – sending commercial information and a newsletter.
§ 4. Data recipients
Data may be transferred to:
- entities providing delivery services (e.g. courier companies),
- payment operators (e.g. PayPal, PayPo, payment card operators),
- entities supporting the store’s IT infrastructure (hosting, payment systems, e-mail system), – only to the extent necessary to perform the service.
§ 5. Data retention period
1. Data related to orders will be stored for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (usually 5 years).
2. Data processed on the basis of consent – until the consent is withdrawn.
3. After the above periods, the data will be deleted or anonymised.
§ 6. Rights of the data subject
Each data subject has the right to:
- access their data,
- rectify or update them,
- erase them (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

§ 7. Data security
The controller applies technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.
Data are transmitted and stored in encrypted form, and only authorised persons have access to them.
§ 8. Cookies
1. The store uses cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the website, including remembering the contents of the shopping cart, language settings, or user session.
2. The user may change cookie settings in their browser at any time.
3. The store does not use cookies for external analytics or marketing purposes (e.g. Google Analytics) without the user’s prior consent.
§ 9. Final provisions
1. The controller reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy; each change will be published on the store’s website.
2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the GDPR and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018 shall apply.
