§ 1. Right of withdrawal from the contract

1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the Goods.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent by e-mail to: kontakt@baroness.pl
3. The Customer may, but is not obliged to, use the model withdrawal form.
4. After submitting the withdrawal, the Goods must be returned in an undamaged and complete condition, no later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement.

§ 2. Return conditions

1. The returned product must not show any signs of use, be opened (in the case of cosmetics or perfumes), or be without its original packaging, if it forms part of the Goods.
2. Returns do not apply to personalised products or products made to individual order.
3. The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods to the Seller.
4. A refund for the product and the costs of the original delivery (if applicable) will be made within up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method that the Customer used for the purchase.
5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Goods are received or until proof of their return is provided.

§ 3. Complaints

1. If a defective product is received or a product is not in conformity with the order, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.
2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: kontakt@baroness.pl or in writing to the following address:

3. Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date the notification is received.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will promptly replace the product with one free of defects, propose a repair, or refund the full amount.
