§ 1. General provisions
1. This document sets out the rules for providing electronic services by the BARONESS online store operated by MACIEJ TOWAREK at the store’s website address.
2. These Terms apply to all users of the store, including those placing orders or registering a Customer account.
Using the services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Services are provided in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by 4. Electronic Means and the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
§ 2. Scope of services provided
1. The store provides the following electronic services:
a) enabling browsing of the store’s offer,
b) enabling placing orders without registering an account,
c) maintaining a Customer account in the store,
d) sending commercial information and a newsletter (upon consent),
e) handling the contact form.
2. Electronic services are provided free of charge, except for services related to order fulfilment (sale of products).
An agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded upon commencement of using the store or creation of a 3. Customer account.
§ 3. Customer account
1. Creating a Customer account is voluntary and free of charge.
2. Registering an account requires providing an e-mail address and a password, as well as accepting the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. The Customer is obliged to protect access data (login and password) and not to make them available to third parties.
4. The account may be deleted at any time at the Customer’s request by contacting: kontakt@baroness.pl.
§ 4. Technical requirements for using the store
1. To properly use the online store services, the following are required:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge),
- cookies and JavaScript enabled,
- an active e-mail address.
2. The Seller shall not be liable for technical problems resulting from the use of outdated hardware or software.
§ 5. Rules for using the services
1. The Customer is obliged to use the store in accordance with the law, good practice, and the provisions of these Terms.
2. It is prohibited to:
a) provide unlawful, offensive, or misleading content,
b) take actions that may disrupt the operation of the store or compromise its security,
c) use the store for purposes contrary to its intended use (e.g. sending spam, conducting penetration tests without consent).
3. The Seller may temporarily restrict access to the store for technical, maintenance, or security reasons.
§ 6. Conditions for entering into and terminating agreements
1. The agreement for the provision of electronic services (e.g. maintaining an account) is concluded for an indefinite period.
2. The Customer may resign from the service at any time by sending a request to delete the account to the e-mail address: kontakt@baroness.pl
3. The Seller may terminate the agreement for the provision of electronic services in the event the Customer violates legal provisions or the Terms, after informing the Customer in advance of the reason.
4. Termination of the agreement does not affect the rights and obligations of the parties arising from previously concluded sales contracts.
§ 7. Liability
1. The Seller shall not be liable for interruptions in the operation of the store resulting from causes beyond its control (server failures, maintenance works, force majeure events).
2. The Seller shall not be liable for damages arising from using the store in a manner contrary to the law or these Terms.
3. The Seller shall not be responsible for errors resulting from the Customer providing incorrect data.
§ 8. Complaints regarding service provision
1.The Customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the operation of the store or electronic services.

3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of their receipt.
4. The response will be provided to the Customer by e-mail.
§ 9. Personal data protection
1. Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.
2. Using electronic services constitutes acceptance of the data processing rules described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 10. Final provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms in the event of:
changes in legal regulations,
introduction of new functionalities or services in the store,
technical or organisational changes.
2. Customers will be informed of any changes by publication of an updated document on the store’s website.
3. In matters not regulated by this document, Polish law shall apply, in particular:
the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means,
the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights,
the Civil Code.
4. Any disputes arising from the provision of electronic services shall be resolved by the competent common courts.
